Responsibilities In this role, you’ll support the end‑to‑end delivery of accurate, timely payrolls, working closely with colleagues across HR and the wider business. You’ll manage payroll queries from current and former colleagues and managers, provide guidance on statutory payments such as SSP, SMP and SPP, and ensure payroll data is processed correctly and in line with legislation. You’ll also support starters and leavers, maintain accurate records, produce payroll correspondence and reports, and help administer pensions, court orders and third‑party deductions as part of a centralised payroll function.
