The Payroll Officer is responsible for part or all of the payroll process and ensuring the timely and accurate administration of employee compensation in accordance with established policies and within the required turnaround times. Implements day-to-day tasks assigned for Salary Administration section to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
Supports the Salary Administration Team in ensuring that current remuneration policies, procedures and practices are administered efficiently in order to meet both company and the employees needs effectively and economically. Supports the effective, efficient and timely maintenance and updates of HR Master data and ensures accurate administration of salary changes due to promotions and or pay grade changes to contribute to the overall motivation of workforce.
