Responsible for facilitating the end-to-end migration process of each corporate client from the manual payroll account opening process (MCRT) or the existing OCRT process (Existing OCRT) to the new digital payroll facility (New OCRT).
Conducts client trainings and orientations to demonstrate system use, address FAQs, communicate detailed migration steps and requirements and provide support to clients who have additional queries.
Coordinates closely with internal teams and corporate clients to initiate and complete the migration process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely activation.
Monitors and Reports progress of the full migration plan, together with the Payroll transformation Team.
Supports the overall goal of driving digital adoption, enhancing client experience, and improving operational efficiency.
