•Manage and supervise the team responsible for payroll processing and employee compensation payments.
• Oversee the organization’s payroll operations, ensuring salary payments, expenses, and payroll taxes are processed accurately and on time.
• Develop and improve the payroll system and related programs.
• Accurately process salaries, income, overtime payments, and statutory deductions/taxes through the payroll system.
