Position Overview
We’re expanding our payroll capabilities in Scandinavia with a new role to support our continued growth. Based in **Oslo**, you will as **Payroll Manager** have responsibility for ensuring that payroll processes, systems, and routines function seamlessly across countries. The role offers both strategic and operational responsibilities, close collaboration with Finance, HR, IT, local and external payroll teams, and the opportunity to influence and further develop the payroll area. Payroll is currently outsourced to an external provider in all three Scandinavian countries.
** Responsibilities**:
- Overall responsibility for the payroll function in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark: coordination, quality assurance, and development of payroll processes, routines, and systems
