We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager. The activities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and manage the payroll team.
• Handle end‑to‑end payroll processing.
• Calculate PTU, Aguinaldo, teleworking, severance, and settlements.
• Ensure all salaries, deductions, and payroll components are correct and complete.
• Oversee each payroll run (ordinary and extraordinary).
• Report regularly to management on SLA and KPIs.
• Analyze the payroll function for possible improvements.
• Control and reconcile the payroll system versus GL and tax bases.
• Implement processes needed to further digitize the payroll system.
• Supervise and manage payslips issued by the tax authority.
• Support internal and external audits.
