Payroll Manager – Global Payroll Center of Excellence

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for designated countries or regions, with strong ownership of China payroll operations.
• Supervise, coach and develop senior and junior payroll team members, fostering high performance and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, statutory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and external service providers to maintain accurate employee master data, benefits and financial integration.
