Description
Our client, a well-established organization in the logistics industry, is seeking an Interim Payroll Manager to step in and provide hands-on leadership during a transitional period. This role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuity for a multi-state employee population.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage end-to-end payroll processing on a recurring basis, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related questions, discrepancies, and escalations
+ Oversee payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including tax filings and wage-and-hour requirements
+ Partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure payroll data integrity and proper reporting
