Overview

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Manager to head our Accounting and Administrative teams in the Philippines. This role will support the preparation of financial statements and related reporting in compliance with both U.S. GAAP and local Philippine standards, under the supervision of our U.S.-based Corporate Controller.

Minimum Qualifications

* Minimum experience/background of seven (7) years.

* Experience with payroll software, PeoplesHR a plus.

* Process improvement mindset.

* Experience implementing third-party payroll software.

Responsibilities

* Hands-on payroll experience in the Philippines, including dispute investigation and resolution.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously....
