Duties

• Lead, coach and develop the payroll team
• Manage NI, GB, and international payrolls, including review and sign‑off
• Ensure full compliance with HMRC and statutory payroll requirements
• Oversee payroll contributions, employee benefits, and expenses
• Manage payroll amendments and executive payroll processing where required
