Position Overview
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Coordinate daily operations of data management between Human Resources and Payroll. Manage Position Control, manage salary account coding and assist CFO in the personnel budgetary process. Generate Texas State Reports and work with Payroll Manager to resolve issues. Serve as liaison between Payroll and Human Resources, providing guidance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
Bachelorβs degree preferred (Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Systems or other related discipline). Special Knowledge/Skills:
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including advanced Excel skills. Ability to manipulate data to create reports using Access, Crystal Reports, or SSRS.
