Position Overview
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for clients and internal employees
- Handle timesheets, leave records, overtime, claims, and payroll adjustments
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies
- Prepare payroll reports and maintain employee records
- Coordinate with HR, finance, and recruitment teams on payroll matters
- Assist with CPF contributions, tax submissions, and statutory requirements
- Support payroll audits and administrative tasks when required
Requirements - Bachelorβs Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
