Position Overview
Responsibilities: - Create and update employee database into Payroll software
- Work closely with business units to perform timesheet calculations with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare payroll related reports
- Submit statutory claims if required
- Support internal staff on payroll or invoicing matters
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, such as Employment Act and CPF Act
Other ad-hoc duties Key Learnings: - Learn about payroll, GIRO and invoicing processes.
- Familiar oneself with Employment Act such as statutory benefits, CPF Act
Requirements: - Min Diploma / Degree in any field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Highly Initiative and meticulous
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
