The role is located within DePuy Synthes, a standalone orthopaedics company established from Johnson & Johnson’s orthopaedics business. The Payroll DPS Senior Analyst will be an employee of DePuy Synthes and will be governed by its employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Operations & Administration
  • Process and validate complex payroll transactions, reports, and requests for assigned countries/regions, in alignment with general standards and country-specific requirements.
  • Prepare, reconcile, and review payroll reports; validate statutory payments and third‑party disbursements as applicable.
  • Investigate, resolve and document complex payroll issues and employee inquiries.
  • Support escalations and engage with agencies or vendors as needed.
