In this essential role, the Payroll Coordinator is responsible for accurate payroll processing, timely collection of hours from clients, and resolving discrepancies. This role involves building strong client relationships and delivering excellent customer service while managing employee records. The ideal candidate will cultivate strong relationships with client contacts, provide exceptional customer service, support payroll administrative functions, and demonstrate attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
