A growing organization in Oklahoma is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to support accurate and timely payroll processing while providing light HR administrative support. This role partners closely with accounting, leadership, and employees to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with payroll systems while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
+ Process and support weekly/biweekly payroll, ensuring accuracy of wages, deductions, and employee data within the payroll/HRIS system
+ Review and validate timekeeping records, resolving discrepancies and partnering with managers as needed
