Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk.
Responsibilities:
• Digitize payroll documents and supporting paperwork to keep employee and payroll records organized and accessible.
• Review and route garnishment-related materials while helping manage check distribution and incoming or outgoing mail.
• Enter payroll information into internal applications and accurately index required data fields for record tracking.
• Maintain orderly filing and document control practices to support day-to-day payroll operations.
• Verify that processed information is complete and properly recorded before submission or storage.
• Work independently to complete assigned administrative payroll tasks within expected timelines.
Requirements • Prior experience in payroll or payroll administration is required.
• Working knowledge of full-cycle payroll processes is preferred.
