Our Client, a American Network Infrastructure Provider company, is looking for a Payroll Clerk 3 for their Springfield, IL location. Responsibilities:

+ The main function of a Payroll Clerk is to compile and post employee time and payroll data.

+ May compute employees' time worked, production, and commission

+ May compute and post wages and deductions

+ May prepare paychecks.

+ Responsible for processing and reviewing multi-state payrolls to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies and government regulations.

+ Ensures employees have proper tax jurisdiction setup and required forms.

+ Analyze and remit benefit deductions.

+ Assists in preparing input for special payments.

+ Works closely with management on issues and projects as assigned.
