Payroll, Time, Benefits Specialist
Position summary: The Payroll, Time & Benefits Team focuses on payroll, benefits, absence management, customer service and advisory support to employees, managers and business partners, ensuring end-to-end process completion in line with customer‑focused principles and making the Roche People Practices work for the business.
Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Execute system data maintenance and administrative activities supporting payroll, tax, social insurance, time, and local and global benefits administration.
- Provide customer service on pay, time and benefits activities, including inquiry resolution, request management and troubleshooting.
- Understand and apply local time/absence policies and correlate with managers and leaders for accurate employee time/absence entries.
- Manage, process and reconcile mass upload files for all pay frequencies.
