My client is seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Advisor to join a growing and dynamic organisation based in Harrow. Key Responsibilities:

* Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.

* Manage payroll queries from employees and stakeholders, providing a high level of customer service.

* Administer statutory payments, including SSP, SMP, SPP, and other relevant entitlements.

* Submit RTI filings and ensure compliance with HMRC requirements.

* Support pension administration, including enrolment, contributions, and reconciliations.
