As a Senior Professional, it focuses on three core areas: end-to-end payroll and benefits administration, HR systems and data management, and regulatory compliance with continuous process improvement. The position requires strong expertise in Mexican payroll regulations, experience with complex payroll systems, and the ability to work independently while managing detailed and critical processes.
