Qualifications :
- A degree in accounting or a related field
- Minimum 4 yearsβ working experience, preferable in payroll/ administration/ tax
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with employees at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to manage confidential information.
- Experience with Excel or other spreadsheet software.
Job Description :
- Processing monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Setting up new employee data on payroll system
- Reviewing and calculating timecards/sheet
- Calculating wages and salaries, performing mandatory and voluntary deductions, and generating bank files and pay-slips
- Maintaining BPJS Health & BPJS Manpower accurately
- Processing monthly tax reporting
- Preparing accounting reports when required
