Job Description
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.Manage and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related queries.Prepare and submit payroll reports to relevant internal and external stakeholders.Assist in the implementation and optimisation of HRIS processes and tools.Stay updated on payroll legislation and ensure compliance with current regulations.Support the development and training of employees on HRIS functionalities.Contribute to ad hoc payroll and HR projects as required by the department.The Successful Applicant
