Position Overview
A well-established Real Estate, hospitality and private equity company is currently looking for a Payroll and Benefits Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of payroll professionals and ensuring that all payroll and benefits functions are completed accurately and within the prescribed deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and review the payroll processing for 4000+ employees across multiple locations, including British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, US and with multiple unions.
- Manage and mentor a team of 8 payroll and benefits professionals, providing ongoing training and development for the team.
- Work with ADP to ensure accurate setup and programming for the time and attendance, payroll and benefits modules.
