We are looking for a Payroll and Accounting Specialist to support payroll operations for a healthcare organization in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This is a fulltime permanent position and is ideal for someone who can manage high-volume, multi-state payroll with precision while maintaining compliance with payroll laws and internal standards. The role also contributes to payroll reporting, employee record accuracy, and selected accounting support as part of the broader finance function.


Responsibilities:

• Administer end-to-end payroll processing for a large employee population across multiple states, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on schedule.

• Examine time and attendance data, resolve discrepancies, and confirm payroll inputs align with company guidelines and applicable labor requirements.
