Job Description Payroll Analyst The Payroll Analyst is responsible for capture and analyze the entire payroll process.
Responsibilities - Keep information updated in the TRESS system
- Keep information updated in the WORKDAY system
- Process and follow up on savings fund loans
- Provide support as needed to the Payroll Specialist
- Daily report of man-hours (Foundry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Vic Press, and Assembly)
- Enter incidents such as: vacations, shift changes, overtime, paid or unpaid leave
- Analyze payment capacity for savings fund loans and submit requests
- Enter loans into the system
- Keep information in TRESS and WORKDAY updated
- Register new hires in the TRESS system / submit new hire registrations to IDSE
- Review IDSE to ensure there are no rejected transactions / file documents
- Take fingerprints of new hires
