**Description**

The Payroll Analyst supports the accurate and compliant execution of U.S. payroll operations within a managed service model. This role partners closely with ADP GlobalView, HR, Finance, and Benefits to validate payroll data, reconcile results, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

Given the scale and complexity of the U.S. employee population, this role is critical to maintaining payroll accuracy, robust internal controls, and timely issue resolution.

**U.S. Payroll Operations & Oversight**

+ Support end-to-end U.S. payroll processing in partnership with ADP GlobalView, including gross-to-net validation and post-payroll review
+ Review payroll results for large, complex employee populations across multiple pay groups and pay frequencies
