Position Overview
ROLE OVERVIEW and PURPOSE The Payroll Analyst will perform various payroll transactions and duties to ensure paychecks are processed timely and accurately. This role will assist management in training and coaching other payroll specialists on the team. Additionally, this role will analyze and audit processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Oversees payroll functions for semi-monthly payroll by reconciling, auditing, including assisting with timely transmittal of data, including tax, wage garnishments, benefits, timecards, etc.
- Provides support for semi-monthly payroll processing and off-cycle checks, including production of retroactive, bonus, and final paychecks
- Audits and maintains payroll allocations to ensure proper recording of payroll in accounting software
