Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, duties include;
Prepare and process weekly and monthly payroll Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, andmissionsEnsure accurate deductions (tax, pensions, benefits, etc.)Verify timesheets and attendance recordsKeep accurate employee payroll data (salary, tax codes, bank details)Update records for new hires, leavers, and changes in pay or benefitsMaintain confidentiality of sensitive employee informationEnsurepliance with local tax laws and employment regulationsCalculate and submit PAYE, National Insurance (UK) or equivalent taxesPrepare reports for HMRC and other regulatory bodiesStay updated on legislation changes affecting payrollRespond to employee questi...
