Responsible for collecting job and hours allocation reports to formulate a timesheet.
Ensure accurate calculation of hours worked.
Prepare an accurate weekly timesheet for wage processing.
Submit a timesheet on Tuesday Morning to ensure wages are processed on time and accordingly.
Prepare leave forms, reports and supporting documents for all applications submitted by the employees for retained annual leave, sick leave, family responsibility leaves.
Assists the client with resolving wage errors.
Ensure that the correct headcount is maintained on the respective site, according to the specified site requirements.
Meet daily headcount compliment (including over weekends or in strike situations)
Screen candidates according to Company requirements
Ensure assignees have valid ID documents and driverβs licences as required.
