Overview

A well-established company is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to manage the full payroll function across multiple entities, processing payroll for approximately 600 employees across weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing using Sage 300

• Maintain payroll master data and employee records.

• Generate payroll reports, payment files, and General Ledger exports.

• Process EMP201, EMP501, UIF, and annual tax submissions via SARS eFiling and e@syfile.

• Administer Medical Aid, Provident Fund, Bargaining Council, and employee benefit reconciliations.
