As part of the growing Finance team at Black & McDonald, you will report directly to the Payroll Manager. This role focuses on end-to-end payroll processing, including new employee setup and handling terminations efficiently. You’ll also interpret wage schedules and manage union relations, contributing to a collaborative and innovative work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll and payments via direct deposit
• Handle new employee setup and terminations
• Respond to payroll inquiries from stakeholders
• Prepare annual T4 and other year-end documents
• Interpret and update wage schedules as needed
