Position Overview
Job Purpose The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for all employees. This includes ensuring accurate calculations, compliance with tax laws, and handling relevant queries. Key Responsibilities Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time. Ensure all tax, benefits, and deductions are properly applied. Manage records and updates for employee leaves, overtime, and deductions. Prepare and submit reports related to payroll. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with relevant tax laws. Assist in audits related to payroll matters. Requirements Matric Diploma in Bookkeeping or Payroll will be an added advantage Proven experience in payroll administration. Experience working with payroll with multiple clients Knowledge of payroll systems and VIP/Pastel/SAGE essential Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
