Position Overview
Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a global manufacturer to recruit and hire a Full Time **Payroll Administrator** in the Cookeville, TN area.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Process and administer payroll for multiple manufacturing plants
+ Handle weekly entries related to payroll and benefits, including 401k filings.
+ Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports.
+ Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
+ Monitor time off accruals in the payroll system.
+ Maintain confidential payroll records and assist with internal/external audits.
+ Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions.
+ Assist in developing and implementing payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
+ Provide backup support for team members when necessary.
+ Perform other tasks as assigned by manager
