The Payroll Administrative Associate is responsible for managing all aspects of income mail, payroll documentation, and administrative support to the SVP of Payroll. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information securely.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Income Mail Management:
Receive, open, assess, and resolve all income-related mail.
Scan tax-related mail to ADP and the Payroll team.
Save all mail in designated secured folders.
2. Documentation of Payment Requests:
Maintain records of all demand/requests for payments in Excel, including:
Federal taxes
State taxes
State Unemployment Insurance (SUI)
