Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Job Description
The Payroll Administrator supports the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a large employee population. This role reviews time and attendance data, prepares payroll adjustments and commissions, and assists with reporting and year-end activities. The position works closely with a Payroll Specialist, serves as a backup payroll processor, and responds to employee inquiries while maintaining strict confidentiality and data security.
Responsibilities
+ Review timesheets and attendance records for accuracy and completeness before payroll processing.
+ Send appropriate request forms to divisions for all separation inquiries and support the Payroll Specialist in obtaining completed separation documents.
