As a Payroll Administrator, you’ll be responsible for managing and processing payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. You’ll maintain payroll systems, safeguard sensitive employee data, and generate detailed reports for internal and external purposes. Key Responsibilities
Process the company payroll accurately and on schedule.
Prepare detailed payroll reports for management, finance, and audits.
Generate statutory reports for HMRC and pension providers.
Complete monthly payroll audits and assist with year-end reporting (P60, P11D).
Validate timesheets, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
