Position Overview

Description
Seeking a detail‑oriented Master Data & Accounting Analyst to support the Payroll team in Mexico City. This role owns payroll master data integrity, access controls, and payroll accounting activities (journal entries, reconciliations, month‑end close) while working closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT and external providers (PACs). The ideal candidate understands Mexican payroll rules (CFDI nómina, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR), has strong ERP experience, and drives controls and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain payroll master data across HRIS/ERP/payroll systems (employee records, pay elements, accruals, deductions, garnishments, cost centers, tax codes, work schedules), ensuring accuracy and auditability.
Manage user access and segregation of duties for payroll systems; support onboarding/offboarding and periodic access reviews.
