We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Payroll Accountant to join our team in Santa Ana, California. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of payroll, compensation, and benefits-related accounting. This position requires strong analytical skills, cross‑functional collaboration, and a proactive mindset to support compliance, reporting, and financial accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

+ Calculate and accrue quarterly and annual bonuses in accordance with company policies, employment agreements, and compensation plans.

+ Accurately calculate employee commissions and maintain supporting schedules and accruals.
