Our client, a top multinational in e-commerce, is looking for a Payments Senior Associate to join their Cross-Border team in LATAM. In this role, you will: - Lead a team of analysts in payment reconciliation and operational excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery .- Drive process improvements to enhance buyer/seller payment experiences.- Collaborate with banks, Fintechs, and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.- Analyze data (SQL/Excel) to reduce costs and optimize workflows.- Ensure compliance and efficiency in cross-border payment systems.
