Roles and Responsibilities

Work closely with internal teams to ensure the relevant legal and regulatory requirements are well understood and are reflected in the relevant documentation and internal procedures and processes.
Liaison with the RBI, Internal and Group level stakeholders.
Regulatory reporting FD related, Branch intimations, guidance/ clarifications, etc.
Handling Regulatory queries and ad-hoc requests.
Supporting in Regulatory Inspection and related activities.
Identify lapses in business and operation functions for compliance related issues.
Participation in organization/ group projects.
Supporting in CRMA related activities.
Provide workable and value-added solutions within the regulatory guidelines.
