Capitex, a rapidly growing fintech in the UAE, is seeking a Compliance Manager to support its global compliance function. This role encompasses day-to-day compliance operations, regulatory adherence, and customer due diligence. The ideal candidate will have strong AML/CFT knowledge and excellent communication skills.

The Compliance Manager will conduct onboarding, monitor transaction alerts, and prepare regulatory filings while working closely with senior leadership to maintain compliance standards. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus.
