We are looking for outgoing and customer-oriented individuals to join a field support team supporting merchants across Singapore.

This role focuses on merchant engagement, payment device support, and relationship management within hawker centres, coffee shops, wet markets, and F&B environments.

No hard selling required — this is a support and engagement role focused on maintaining strong merchant relationships and ensuring smooth payment operations. Training will be provided.

• Visit merchants across assigned territories islandwide
• Support merchants with payment machine troubleshooting
• Build and maintain good merchant relationships
• Ensure payment devices are working smoothly
