Position Overview
I. Job Responsibilities - Responsible for daily operations and monitoring of payment channels (success rates, stability, etc.)
- Monitor deposit/withdrawal transaction data, identify and resolve anomalies
- Handle user payment issues and abnormal orders to enhance the payment experience
- Assist in integrating and maintaining third‑party payment channels
- Generate basic data reports and support operational analysis
- Collaborate with risk control and compliance teams to execute relevant processes
II. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher; preference given to candidates with a background in finance or accounting
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English (required)
- Open to all nationalities; preference given to candidates of Chinese descent
