JCW is working with a growing commercial bank in Connecticut on a hire for a Senior Payment Operations Analyst .

This is a subject matter expert role sitting at the heart of the bank's electronic payments environment — owning wire, ACH, and FX processing, leading complex investigations, and playing a key role in audit readiness, compliance, and process improvement.

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years in payment operations within banking or financial services, including domestic, international, and FX wire processing
• Advanced knowledge of SWIFT, ACH, FedLine, and wire transfer systems
• Strong understanding of BSA/AML, OFAC, KYC, and broader consumer regulations
• Experience with reconciliations, fraud and sanctions screening, and UAT for system enhancements
• Nacha AAP and/or APRP certification strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
