As a Payment Lifecycle Analyst in the Payment Operations Team, you will be responsible for ensuring daily production and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are met. You will help delegate workflow, assist team members with complex issues, approve team member’s work, lead, motivate, and work with the supervisor on coaching team’s performance. You will be responsible for making routine and complex business decisions that have both customer and financial impact.
