Job Description

Key Responsibilities

•Create and develop accurate footwear patterns (2D/3D) based on design specifications, ensuring fit, function, and brand alignment
• Prepare technical drawings, measurements, and construction guidelines for production
• Apply knowledge of materials (e.g., leather, rubber, textiles) to ensure proper fit and construction
• Support prototyping and sample making; conduct fit tests and refine patterns accordingly
• Adjust and grade patterns across sizes to ensure consistency and comfort
• Collaborate with design, development, and production teams to meet timeline and quality targets
