What you’ll do
Call every inbound lead within five minutes of them enquiring Follow up on leads that didn’t answer — calls, texts, WhatsApp Convert leads into booked appointments Keep a simple daily log of calls made, contacts reached, and bookings confirmed Feed back what objections you’re hearing so we can improve our ads

Pay: Base plus bonus per confirmed booking
