UPMC Department of Pediatrics is hiring a full-time Patient Services Representative to join the Endocrinology team out of Children's Hospital. This is a Monday through Friday daylight position with the hours of 7:30am to 4pm and 8:30am to 5pm. No evenings or weekends. This role will be responsible for the administrative support of Endocrinology Physicians and APPs, schedule patient appointments, answer phone calls, triage line management, expense report submissions, maintain calendars and clinic schedules, and other general administrative duties.
