Key Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and support staff to achieve service standards in cleaning and catering. Organise and allocate work schedules, ensuring adherence to quality and safety requirements. Monitor and maintain stock, equipment, and uniforms for your team. Ensure compliance with company and Trust policies, including health, safety, and confidentiality.
